We currently offer $6.99 flat rate shipping or free standard shipping for all orders of $100+, so fill up that shopping bag! Don't forget your shipping is calculated after your discounted subtotal (total after sale items have been reduced and coupon codes have been applied!), and does not include tax.

Once you place an order you will have 24-hours of FREE shipping for any ADDITIONAL orders you place! This is so you can go back and grab that dress you were eyeing but wanted to wait before purchasing. 24-hour free shipping should automatically show up on your account but if it doesn’t, please e-mail us and we will look into the situation!

Once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous shipping team works hard to get your order packaged so it can be on its way within 2-4 business days. Then, our mail carriers pick it up to be in your hands in 3-5 additional days!

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please know that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days and sometimes illnesses and mental health days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 

Pre-Order items also have an extended shipping time. Most timeframes for pre-orders are given when posted. 

*We currently ship within the United States and Canada, as well as  APO and FPO addresses and US territories which are also included.

**Please note that Canada shipments will be invoiced for extra shipping once we determine the cost of shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can then track your package’s progress directly from the link in this email. If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
