RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

Your product happiness is our number one priority around here! We hope that you love everything you get from us, but sometimes items just don’t work out. We are happy to offer a flexible return policy. If you believe you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please e-mail us at hello@wildflowerdrive.com and our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible! 

 

We will gladly accept any item returned within 30-days of purchase order, as long as the item has never been worn or washed. If we smell smoke, see pet hair/visible blemishes, or can tell it has been worn, we won’t be able to return your item. 

 

To initiate a return, please re-package the item you’re returning with either the original packing slip or a note. Please be sure your name is on the note placed inside your return. Send all returns back to Wildflower Drive at 13035 Stoddart Ave. Orlando, FL 32827.  On your packing slip or note, please indicate if you’d like a refund or an exchange. 

 

Items will be refunded in the form of store credit only. We cannot issue refunds via credit card payments. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an e-mail stating you have store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. Please note: If you used a discount to purchase your order, the percentage of discount will not be included in the refund. 

 

Returns may take up to 7-10 business days to process once we receive your item. Please keep tracking for your own records.

 

All Sale items, Close out Pricing, or Final Few items are final and cannot be returned.
