GENERAL QUESTIONS

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order is submitted you will receive an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address you registered with. Please check your Spam folder and add us to your Safe Sender list. 

What happens if an item I want is out of stock?

We know it can be sad when your favorite must have items are sold out.  But don’t lose faith, we may be able to get them back! To sign up to be notified when/if an item is restocked, be sure to put the item into your Waitlist. Items in your Waitlist will automatically be added to your cart when they come back in stock! You will receive an e-mail and then can check out immediately!

Do you have a storefront?

We currently only work online so that you can shop 24/7 while you’re at home, on vacation, at the gym or work! But stay tuned for some big news about a storefront!

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do! They make the perfect gifts for friends and significant others! Just e-mail us and let us know you’d like to purchase a gift card! 

How will I know my item will fit?

We try to identify specific fits for each item in our boutique. If you have any styling questions you can ask any of our Wildflower Drive staff and they will let you know about the product! 

If you cannot find information about sizing for a product you’re looking for, please e-mail us so we can help you immediately! 

Can I use discount codes with the purchase of discounted items or with my store credit?

At this time you can only use discount codes for regular priced items, and they cannot be combined with any other discount.

If I’m local to Orlando, can I pick it up?

Yes! We offer FREE local pick up/porch pick up options when checking out! Please select that option when checking out.

We will e-mail you once your items are ready for pick up and then just e-mail us back and tell us when you’d like to come by! 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discovery, MasterCard, Visa debit/credit card payments, Paypal, and Sezzle. 

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or transfers.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order if appropriate based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout, then you will not be charged sales tax. 

I missed the 24-hour free shipping cut off...can you waive the shipping fee for me?

 Sorry, but if your order isn't placed within the 24 hours, you will have to pay for shipping again! 

I ordered a graphic tee, where is it?

Our custom graphic tees are just that, custom-made for all our customers! We have a specific graphic tee distributor that makes all of our shirts for us. 

Graphic tees typically take 5-7 business days to make and ship to us. Then when they arrive to us they will be shipped straight to you within 3-5 business days! 

I have store credit, how do I use it?

When you check out through our wildflowerdrive.commentsold.com site with store credit - there is a box that must be checked. Please be sure to check “Use account credit” BEFORE you select your payment method! We cannot go back and add the credit for you, so make sure it is checked.

I had a credit on my account that disappeared. Where did it go?

Credits from refunds will never expire. We sometimes offer participation or sale credits that expire after a certain timeframe. If you have not checked out during the time stated, we cannot add that credit back to your account. 

I ordered something on pre-order, when will it arrive?

Anything marked as a pre-order item will give a specific timeline. Please know a pre-order is just that pre-order. We will order the item as soon as the purchasing timeframe has closed and then will ship to you as soon as it arrives to us!

What does a pre-order purchase mean?

Periodically we offer pre-order items. These items will be purchased AFTER the timeframe has closed and have a longer wait before an item arrives. Pre-order items are specifically set aside for you and not added into our inventory.

If you claim something on a pre-order, please complete your purchase within 24 hours. If you do not complete your purchase and your pre-order item goes unpaid, you will be responsible to purchase it when it arrives. 

If you have two unpaid pre-order items then you will not be able to purchase pre-order items again in the future..
